I believe that healing begins with being truly seen and understood. My hope is that every person I work with walks away from our appointments feeling cared for, supported, and a little more connected to the parts of themselves that are trying to move forward.

In the therapy room, I show up with curiosity and collaboration. I don’t assume I know your story before you tell it. Instead, we explore it together: the patterns, the protective strategies, the moments that shaped you, and the parts of you that are still carrying old pain. Clients often tell me they feel deeply heard when we work together, and that’s something I take seriously. Feeling understood is the foundation of real change.

I’ve been practicing since 2014 and have worked with children, families, and adults across a wide range of experiences. Over the years, I’ve become especially aligned with helping people navigate trauma, anxiety, depression, and the emotional armor we all develop to survive difficult moments. I’m trained in EMDR and Trauma‑Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and I also draw from Internal Family Systems and traditional CBT. The tools help you feel safe, empowered, and capable of healing.

At the heart of my work is a simple belief: the behaviors we judge in ourselves are often the ones that once kept us alive. When we can understand how our maladaptive patterns were actually purposeful and protective, something shifts. Judgment softens. Compassion grows. And that’s often the moment when real healing begins. Those are the moments that mean the most to me as a therapist.

Outside of the therapy room, I’m a person who loves live music, video games, Magic: The Gathering, and time with friends. These things keep me grounded, connected, and human, and I bring that same grounded presence into my work with clients.
